Blogging can be a time consuming Brain rattling job.

You have to Think to write. You can not numb yourself out. At times Your Brain will explode if you think to much about what to write. But in the End if you knew you would save your Family save your house or Make some money if you spent 2 hours everyday for 100 days Learning the Blogging Skills. Would you do it. Would you do the Boring Dull Tasks and Learn what it takes.

Well this is exactly what Dave Wood is Teaching us to do. Only this time alot of the work is done for us. Then they(the people who make more then 10k a month blogging) teach us the rest like Learning good Key words and actually writing the Blog. And learning a thing or two about Html. Now will I make 15k a month in 90 days. While like most things I never find out because about 2 weeks in I am bored. And usually the money does not come in till the end of the 90 days.

But I look at my grandchildrens eyes and know if I just keep doing what I have done they will have a life of poverty. When I look in my Childrens eyes. I know I could be helping them so much more. And if the Only thing between me and helping my Family is Blogging Everyday for 90 days I will do it.

I can do it from home. I can do it in a cafe. I can do it on the Beach.

I am doing it from my living room while I drink a nice cup of Ginger Tea and looking at the snow outside.

So the 1st things I learned about how to blog is keep a Journal of your Day. Find a Story for YOur Blog there.

Like here is my Story that I learned and am using for this Blog.

Some friends invited me over for Dinner and I had every excuse not to go. They had also invited my son and his wife. So because I was making up excuses not to go My Son decided to take action to make it happen and so he took matters into his own hands. He felt I needed to get out and see people. My son drove to my house to pick me up and take me there.
He wanted this to happen that bad that he was willing to drive 13 miles out of his way to pick me up and 13 miles to take me back. He wanted this.
So he did it. And because of his persistence I went. Got out of my comfort zone and went.

I was nerves when we got to the door I could see the dogs barking it is dark and cold outside.
The dogs barking scares me. But my son said you are fine. And I was.

We get in the house it is bright and cherrie and Clean and neat. Very welcoming.
Wine Thai Food and Laughter. It was Great.
We talked about news, Kids, and the past what fun we had, and are going to have.
Then we talked about Business.

My friend told the Story of the guy at the kids Baseball game his wife could not be there because she was a slave to her Job.
The Slave master would not give her time off.
He said to my friend you are lucky you have your own Business you can take time off anytime you want.
My friend explained to him the problems about having your own business it is Feast or Famine in his trade.
Life is hard when you only do Linear pay when you only get paid for your time. Because when the job is done
the Checks stop coming you have to go get another job. Endless cycle. Also called the 40 year plan.

All the while neither knew there was a 3rd choice. Called Royalty Income. Or Residual. The 4 year plan and now with Empower Network the 18 month plan.
So I told my friend about it he laughed and liked the idea. But when the rest heard. Here is what happened

As we blog we learn what questions they are asking. We learn how to make sure those words are in our Blog at least 5 times.
We learn to tell stories because stories Sell.

Now I am only like 10 days into this journey taking Blogging Everyday Seriously.
I know from the value I have offered in the past 4 years 25 joined me in empower my 1st month
But I also know that I want another 75 to join me that would equal about 17,000 on my efforts alone is about 5000 a month average
But if they all just sponsor two which is what the average person can sponser. That could be another 30,000 thousand dollars making it
about 15k a month.

I have no other choice but to blog everyday and learn how to blog correctly every day learn something new. Everyday encorage one more person
to Take Charge of the their life, To change their future. To change there Legacy. To BE the owners of their life. By doing what no one else will do,

As the Baby Boomers start Retiring some realize there is more to life.  They look at the Retirement check and ask themselves is this all I am worth.

The Thing they want to do will require more then their Pensions .

How about You do wake up and look at your check and say is this all I am worth?

So What is Resveratrol?

Most People Want to Look Young and feel Young Now you can. But most people do not look to good after a certain age or feel to good.

But Scientists are changing all that with Resveratrol

and is a constituent of red wine. Resveratrol is also a polyphenolic compound which is found in grapes, red wine, purple grape juice, peanuts, and some berries. Resveratrol may help prevent heart disease by increasing levels of “good” cholesterol and protecting against artery damage.

Anti-inflammatory effects: The anti-inflammatory effects of resveratrol have been demonstrated in several animal model studies. In a rat model of carrageenan-induced paw edema, resveratrol inhibited both acute and chronic phases of the inflammatory process. Similarly, preincubation with resveratrol decreased arachidonic acid release and COX-2 induction in mouse peritoneal macrophages stimulated with tumor promoter PMA, ROI, or lipopolysaccharides (LPS). In an experimental rabbit inflammatory arthritis model, resveratrol showed promise as a potential therapy for arthritis. When administered to rabbits with induced inflammatory arthritis, resveratrol protected cartilage against the progression of inflammatory arthritis.

Cardioprotective effects: Moderate drinking of red wine has long been known to reduce the risk of heart disease.[43] This is best known as “the French paradox”. Studies suggest resveratrol in red wine may play an important role in this phenomenon. It achieves the effects by the following functions: (1) Inhibition of vascular cell adhesion molecule expression;(2) Inhibition of vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation; (3) Stimulation of endolethelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) Activity; (4) Inhibition of platelet aggregation; (5) Inhibition of LDL peroxidation; The cardioprotective effects of resveratrol are also theorized to be a form of preconditioning—the best method of cardioprotection, rather than direct therapy. A 2011 study concludes, “Our data demonstrate that both melatonin and resveratrol, as found in red wine, protect the heart in an experimental model of myocardial infarction via the SAFE pathway.”

While I was eating Dinner tonight.  Cheese and Crackers a little pepperoni.  I could smell the garlic on the crackers.  I could hear the television with Psych on  in the other room.  I could feel the room close in around me with the thought of ….  How much time I wasted complaining about everything.

I complained about the cost of every thing

I complained about gas prices

I complained that taxes are too high

how I never got to go on vacation

How I need new tires and they were gonna cost 600.00

Most people have these problems

There is an Old saying that  You will make more money solving Problems then complaining about them.

Most Smart Rich People concentrate on what they want.   Not on what they don’t want.
